Your First Dental Visit
This won’t be your traditional checkup and cleaning! After cleaning your teeth and taking X-rays and high-resolution photos of your mouth, Dr. Graber will go over the images with you on large overhead screens and touchpad computers so you can fully understand your situation and dental needs. Based on your goals, Dr. Graber will work with you to put together an ongoing treatment plan. Once all your questions have been answered, you’ll be brought to the front desk to schedule your next appointment.
New Patient Forms
You can save yourself about 20 minutes at your appointment by filling out our patient forms in the comfort of your own home, which you can access at the link below. The completed forms will arrive before your appointment, and our team will be able to check you in and bring you to the back with little to no wait.
